Hi. I'm Bridget. I started Rí Collective because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere I went.

I’ve spent 20 years working inside some of Ireland’s most complex organisations — and some of the most ambitious ones internationally. I’ve led ops, delivered events, managed programmes, and helped senior leaders build the kind of structure that lets them actually sleep at night.
I also have ADHD. I’ve spent my career building systems that work for brains like mine — and I’ve seen how much better everything gets when you design for focus, clarity, and real human beings.
Rí Collective is the thing I kept wishing existed. So I built it.
